Von der Ernte des vergangenen Jahres haben wir noch drei Tankzüge (75.000 Liter) hochwertigen Apfel-Rohwein aus sächsischen Streuobstäpfeln abzugeben.

Da auch viele Branchenzugehörige sich auf unser Blog verirren, versuche ich mal über dieses Medium den Apfelwein an den Mann zu bringen.

    Musste das sein? Jetzt werde ich den ganzen Tag grübeln, was ich mit 75.000 Litern Wein alles anstellen könnte…
    ( Wieviel Volumen hat eigentlich ein durchschnittlicher Pool? )

    Wow, es gibt tatsächlich sächsischen Apfelwein? Das wußte ich in der Tat noch nicht, dabei hatten wir gerade gestern wieder zusammen mit Freunden ein Apfelwein-Tasting gemacht. Und ich dachte, den gibt es nur bei uns in Frankfurt, so kann man sich irren. Sieger in der Flaschenabfüllung war gestern übrigens “Strohl´s hessischer Landapfelwein” von der Kelterei Philipp Strohl aus Maintal, trotz Deppenapostroph. ;-)

    War der hessische Landapfelwein eher sauer oder süß? Unsere Kunden kennen ihn ja bisher eher süß, was mein Geschmack nicht so ist. Aber vielleicht könnte man die Sachsen ja umstimmen, wenn es in Radebeul auch funktioniert?

    Sauer, hessischer Apfelwein ist immer sauer. Hat übrigens nicht in Radebeul funktioniert, sondern bei uns zu Hause in Frankfurt am Main. ;-) In Radebeul ist “nur” die Ferienwohnung…
